The group has a long time involvement in (neurophysiological) investigations and therapy of movement disorders including deep brain stimulation. Principal scientific personnel involved in the project: Dr. H. Wilms, Resident, Department of Neurology, CAU Kiel. Member of the movement disorder clinic. Scientific interest: Establishment of tremor models in small rodents. Dr. J. Volkmann, Lecturer, Department of Neurology Prof. Dr. G. Deuschl, Head of the Department of Neurology, CAU Kiel. Long time commitment to the study / therapy of movement disorders especially tremor.
